Privacy Policy

Effective July 9, 2026

1. What we collect

Account data (email, display name, optional bio, website, and avatar), the content you create (palettes, comments, likes, saves, follows), and basic technical data needed to run the service (such as authentication tokens and timestamps). We do not sell your data.

2. How it is used

To provide the service: signing you in, storing your palettes, showing public content in the community feed, and sending in-app notifications (likes, comments, follows, saves). Your email is used for authentication and password recovery only.

3. Visibility controls

Palettes are private by default; you choose what becomes public. Your profile has a public/private switch in Settings. Private palettes and private profiles are not shown to other users.

4. Where data lives

Data is stored with Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage) and the app is hosted on Lovable infrastructure. Uploaded avatar and palette images are served from public storage URLs.

5. Cookies and local storage

We use browser local storage for your session and preferences (such as your last selected palette). No third-party advertising or tracking cookies are used.

6. Your rights

You can edit or delete your content at any time. To delete your account and all associated data, contact clintatelier@gmail.com and we will remove it.

7. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by a new effective date on this page.
